Valentines Day has passed and it's back to the daily grind. My husband purchased my favorite Reese Butter Cup as a gift and  it was in the form a heart. The size was bigger than my two hands put together! Never mind the beautiful flower arrangement stationed directly behind the candy. I was more enthralled with the candy. Why? I use food for false comfort which turns me into a yo-yo dieter.

Come join me on a journey to the pursuit of happiness! As a big girl myself, I have struggled and I have dealt with all the obstacles every other big girl have faced. The creation of this blog is to support, enhance and motivate my big girl sista's who are sitting on the fence of change.
